Module 1: Introduction to Social Media Marketing

Learning hours: 1 lesson, 3 hours in total

Instructor analyzes the features of customer groups from different social media such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and share real life cases

Module 2: Create digital marketing content

Learning hours: 2 lessons, 6 hours in total
This module discusses about social listening system (Social Listening) and sentiment analysis (Social Sentiment). Students will learn the characteristics of different social media users based on the data collected and create corresponding digital marketing content which fit both brand image and audience taste by means of the widely used graphic design software. Also, students learn the application of Augmented Reality(AR)in consideration of UXUI .
In this module, students will form group to do practice and create content at professional standard under the guidance of the instructor.

Module 3: Digital Social Media Marketing

Learning hours: 2 lessons, 6 hours in total
In this module, students learn how to accurately feed the appealing content to target customers at lower cost(CPC/CPM) in order to stimulate interaction and sales.
Important concepts showing digitalization is the most objective and scientific social media marketing strategy are covered. They are CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, Post Reach, Virality Rate, Click-Through Rate, etc. Instructor also demonstrates how to improve the customer conversion rate by enhancing the interface.

Digital marketing involves roles such as copywriters, designers, website engineers, photographers etc. As more and more companies value digital marketing, instructors will explain the job of each role and how they work together with the use of tool kits to achieve effective cooperation. Also, students will learn how to run a good social media with agency.
