A real case study : UX UI digital project management
I have participated in one of the most successful telecommunication mobile application UX UI development in the Hong Kong market. Not only does it provide support in data communication,
it also provides other business plans such as; games, music, travel, sports and media. Despite the outcome of the project, the project was originally far from deliverable.
The requirement & design process was a complete mess, people are clueless about their role and responsible within the project before the UX UI digital project management has been applied to the project. A rigid structure has been set for everybody regarding the deliverables.
Where product owner has to provide detailed information regarding their expectation towards the visual outcome of the project; on the other hand designers and business analyst are there to visualize and review about its development possibility.
So that everybody are synchronized in terms of the project expectation and its outcome. The results of the digital project management could easily be observed by the management, when the project is capable of delivering in its expected due date.

Apart from the UI UX design thinking, we teach student how to launch a digital product by using Digital Project Management skill. It is about how to handle requirements and requests from the Product Owner, work with development team and other stakeholders in order to launch the application successfully.
Our tutors are well-equipped with academic qualifications and industry work experience. In addition to his rich teaching experience, he also works in large online platforms or advertising companies. They are willing to share precious experiences with students and guide them to use social media for marketing!
Yes, this course has been included in the RTTP program, and students who enroll in the name of a company can receive funding up to 2/3 of the tuition fee.
This course is taught face-to-face, with internships, in-class works, instructors’ corrections and suggestions, and group discussions. If students need it, they can also choose to teach online.
Basic knowledge of computer operations is sufficient.
